CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) VISTOR SCREENING CHECK QUESTIONS

We are doing all we can to protect our clients and each other, As part of this, we are asking all clients who have made an appointment with us to check if they are feeling well.

If you decide to self-isolate due to feeling very unwell, please cancel your appointment. We will reschedule it for you. No cancellation charges will be made.

CLIENT HEALTH CHECK QUESTIONNAIRE:

• You are waiting for the result of a test for coronavirus.

• You have tested positive for coronavirus.

• You have any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID 19). The main symptoms of coronavirus are:

- High temperature

– this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature).

- New, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or three or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).

- Loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

Most people with coronavirus have at least one of these symptoms.

If you have recovered from COVID-19 or has completed a period of self isolation you can attend your appointment, a person is considered to be recovered from COVID-19 infection when they meet all of the following criteria:

 • A negative test 

• They no longer have a high temperature.

 A cough may persist for several weeks in some people, even though the coronavirus infection has cleared. The loss of, or change in, sense of smell or taste may also linger. According to the CMO letter (18 May 2020) a person with a persistent cough and/or loss of sense of smell or taste but no other symptoms does not need to continue to self-isolate.

The salon continues to have sanitising check points throughout the working days and has regular deep cleans of sanitising to help prevent the spread of covid-19.
